My Pokemon X Team by Chansey123 My Pokemon X Team by Chansey123
So I finally got my Pokemon X team colored in.  Had a blast beating the game with this team.

My Chesnaught named Butters, Blastoise named Tanker, Slurpuff named The Candyman, Swalot named Moop, Talonflame named Tyson, and Malamar named Tim Curry.

Chansey is a bit jealous.

That's a bunch of winners.
Heck, I beat team flare with my Slurpuff because I taught him "surf."

Mine knows Play Rough, Aromatherapy, Draining Kiss, and Energy Ball.  May change up the move set now that the game is finished. I love using Slurpuff in battle.

Aha yes you actually did finish coloring it! This looks great! I just really like how you gave each of your pokemon a distinct and exciting expression, it just makes your "My Pokemon Team" art stick out way more than a bunch of the other ones on DA. Gosh, I love your style too! It's similar to mine and feels very Disney-ish without feeling like you're completely ripping it off. Awesome awesome stuff. As an animation student I just love seeing stuff like that, especially on DA where most people just post really bland or generic anime looking drawings of their team. As for constructive criticism, definitely work on your lines for your drawings. All your outlines that you inked over your sketches all seem the same so it kinda takes away from this piece's potential. Thicker and broader lines can help your drawing POP out and give it just a little bit more life and energy to it. But still this is great! Loooooove it!

Thanks for all the kind words!  And thanks for the critique.! Yeah, I agree with you.  I've been working on keeping the lines clean to a point I lose the motion of the piece and the lines stay about the same thickness. lol I've always liked my sketches more than my inks. Glad you like the piece! :)
